1 MAWWE ( Mat Weight & Wellness) is a Wellness Organization founded through the knowledge and talent of a veteran Air Officer of Indian Air Force. The vision of MAWWE is to cure life style diseases like knee/back/joint/shoulder pain , spondylitis, BP, diabetes, over weight/obesity etc. in every home which actually have no medicinal cure. The techniques of exercises have been derived after personal suffering of the founder himself and vast experience in health and wellness activities. It has been successfully trial tested with numerous volunteers. Many have been relieved in record time from multiple ailments through the power yoga sessions which are regularly conducted.
2. The innovative yoga fitness techniques discovered by the founder have uniqueness in their formulation. The exercises are conducted with weights. Each session consists of uninterrupted exercises of one hour duration. The exercises are scientifically sequenced to address every part of the body. Along with exercises, diet, home remedies are recommended to the members depending upon the type of ailments. This resulted in numerous personnel re-gaining their fitness and vitality in a short span of time without undergoing any medical/surgical treatments. The exercises are disease specific hence bringing relief from severe ailments faster and for life.

A session of 30 mins in the Far-infrared cabin takes out the body toxins through sweat. This enhances the glow in body texture and face.
